Golf drills are good for getting your body to adapt to a new move. Sometimes, it’s okay to exagerate a move, so you can get your muscles inclined to make a change. As a golf coach, I like to monitor the move that I recommend, to be sure you are making the moves properly and using the correct muscles and body parts. To help perform the moves better, stay patient and move smoothly. You don’t want to rush or go to quickly at first. You can always work into a faster speed once you become comfortable and understand the new move. Once you are doing the drill correctly, I’ll feel more at ease when you practice on your own. Remember, proper practice makes perfect moves.
