I like this video, as the others too… I am still? not sure what I am suppose to learn after watching though…
Awesome!?
Thank you for that Shawn and I did go? watch the video and it is a banner video. Excellent stuff and tommorrow I will be working on not only the sledgehammer drill but also feeling the weight of the ACU and getting a very specific target out there. Thank you again for the wonderful wisdom you provide!
Hey wj; if you look at my “sledge hammer golf shawn clement” video, you will see a section where I intentionally top it, then hit it thin and then flush on demand; we are amazing prediction machines and it is all based from this: I am getting ready to feel my nice effortless and powerful release to my target and I place the ball-grass and ground in a position that I predict will be in the way of this release; NEVER FOCUS ON THE? BALL FOR SOLID CONTACT!!!!
Shawn, this is probably an? old question for you but when you go to the top of the backswing with your posture more upright than at address, how do you ensure the club makes consistent contact? I’m having that people
After? watching this, I have way to much movement in my swing. Thanks Shawn (Seriously)![:)](http://golfvideohub.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/simple-smile.png)
Shawn – I am a Calif senior golfer playing for over 50 years with a 9-10 hdp. I have been following your video instruction for about two years. When I started it was like a major swing revamp. I am now improving? ball striking, especially the mid to short irons. Your back swing videos that illustrate take away with forearm rotation and club weight setting the wrists have been awesome. I still have trouble coming over the top. Thanks for this indoor version of Al Geiberger’s Sybervision.
Hi? Shawn, while you were hitting driver in this video it seemed like you stance was a bit closed for both the draw and fade. Could you confirm if this was the case? I never noticed this in your other driver videos. BTW this is was a great video that clarifies things for the visual learner.
super facile pour le cerveau d annaliser? avec tout ces angles bonne idee
Great Video!!! I want to say Thank You to Shawn. I can finally feel the weight of the tool.Better yet I know were I intend to throw that weight. “gravity is always the same”, Thank you for making the game a little easier? to play with a lot less physical effort.
what driver do? you have shaun and whats the specs
Check out the book by Chris Riddoch which Shawn recommended and you will see it really does not matter. The tour has loads of players with unique swings and foibles in their swings like Furyk and Bubba. What matters is that the club directs? the ball toward the target.
You can really see? the snap and pop in your swing. Interesting to see how much your head moves vertically thru the swing. Great video work Shawn.
Great video, it’s? quite artful!
Many great players also wreck their knees & backs!? Tiger has had? to change his swing, I bet McIlroy will too, maybe even before he hits 30!
Fantastic, cheers? Shawn!
only… THANKS!
?
Beautiful!?
wicked!?
-Sony Bluetooth clip-on microphone
-Camera for this video: Canon? T4i
But many other great players don’t do that. Atleast not to the extent? you do it.
It is not bent inwards; the whole Hip-Femur-Knee-Lower Leg rotates under the pelvis and rib cage just like Jack Nicklaus, Bobby Jones, Bubba Watson, Tom Watson, Hale Irwin and so many other greats! It is the body’s natural way to remove the obstacles from the swing? of the arms! Watch a baseball pitcher or even hitter, watch martial artists punch to the side, Olympic Kayakers etc…The body knows and you must listen!
Feeeeels gooood! I love the weight and love the way it kicks; no issues with length.? Steel is just plain better for some. Shawn
hey shawn
what cam recorder and lapel mic do? you use ?
Chrs steve
Your left knee is really bent? in at the top of your backswing.
I don’t watch any other golf video’s knowing Shawn will be coming? out with meaningful advancements in instruction that help me build and better understand my swing
Way to go Shawn!
Watch more clemshaw videos. You will see it is not about positions. Golf is a fluid moment and trying to match positions will prove? to be counter productive. You will in fact be in position by understanding the momentum and movement, but positions are a product not an objective. IMO those that teach positions are setting us up to fail. Hope this helps
Shawn, that’s the coolest video you’ve done! Very artful, very engaging! The music is very atmospheric and somewhat dissonant. I really like and admire the direction your going. You are the lone trailblazer of the common sense golf swing.? You are literally the by-product of a foregone era. God bless and may this year be your breakout year for WIG
Great video Shawn. I like the? hi def and you can stop it anywhere to see the different positions.
As always another great video, funny I never realized how much you bend the left knee on your takeaway, I suppose that is your style and it looks great? like Ben Hogan, I am working on creating a better downswing to increase my club head speed and accuracy, thanks Shawn. John from Australia.
